Compound Butter
| Qty | Ingredient |

| 2 sticks | Unsalted butter |
| 2 Tbsp | Andy's All-Purpose Spice Mix |
Put both of the ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a mixer until smooth. Put into plastic wrap or wax paper
and roll up and store in the fridge or freezer.
This is wonderful to put a slice on a steak just after taking it off the grill as it is resting before eating.
It also goes great on corn on the cob.
If you store it in the freezer I would suggest wrapping the plastic wrap or wax paper in foil.
